BachpanUnplugged (“we”, “us”) operates bachpanunplugged.com, a directory of screen-free birthday venues and artists in Delhi/NCR. This page explains what information we collect from visitors, why, and how it's handled.

Information we collect

• Reviews. When you write a review, we collect your name, star rating, review text, your child's age, and optionally an event date and photo.
• Google sign-in. If you choose to sign in with Google to post a verified review, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google, via our authentication provider, Supabase.
• Suggest a venue/artist. If you suggest or list a business, we collect the business details you provide, and optionally your own name and phone number so we can follow up.
• Usage data. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, general location, device type). This is aggregated and not tied to your name unless you're signed in.

How we use it

We use this information to publish reviews and listings on the site, verify submissions before they go live, respond to venues/artists who list their business, and understand overall site usage so we can improve it. We do not sell your information to third parties.

Third-party services

We rely on a small number of service providers to run the site:

• Supabase — stores our database and uploaded photos, and handles Google sign-in.
• Google — powers optional sign-in (Google OAuth) and site analytics (Google Analytics).
• Vercel — hosts the website.

Each of these providers processes data under their own privacy policies.

Children's privacy

BachpanUnplugged is a site for parents, not children. We don't knowingly collect information directly from children — the child's age field in a review is entered by the parent submitting that review, not by the child.

Your choices

You can browse listings and view venue/artist contact details without signing in for venues; for artists, contact numbers require signing in with Google. You can post a review as a guest without signing in at all. If you'd like a review or submission removed, or have questions about your data, contact us using the details below.
